2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Returns or refunds must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• We only accept returns or offer refunds for products that arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal taste preferences.

3. Damaged or Spoiled Products
If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged or spoiled upon arrival)
• Opened or partially consumed products
• Products stored incorrectly after delivery

5. Refund Process

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
• If eligible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
